About ARRS

While ARRS itself is a new company, our in-house team of principal engineers have over 140 years combined professional experience in designing, fabricating, testing, and fielding complete state-of-the-art high voltage, high power, continuous and pulsed power systems for an extremely wide range of applications. The design, fabrication, and operation of such systems extends beyond the main power train and its components to also include high-speed controls and diagnostics, digital and analog control systems, digital and analog communication systems, liquid and gas cooling and insulation systems, prime power and power conditioning, and vacuum systems. Our principal engineers have successfully delivered hundreds of unique systems for a multitude of applications, from very small devices to systems large enough to test entire aircraft and ships.

In addition to the technical expertise of our in-house team, we utilize our growing network of proven contractors hailing from locations including major DoD and DoE labs who are highly specialized instrumentation and controls engineers, software engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, optical engineers, accelerator physicists, mechanical designers, PCB/electrical designers, CAD/mechanical designers, drafters, electrical/mechanical technicians, welders, and sheet metal and machine shops to provide additional services. Our expansive network of professionals allows us to provide a breadth of services with state-of-the-art designs and equipment both effectively and efficiently.

ARRS Technologies possesses extensive management experience and capabilities. Our principals have held C-Suite positions at 4 different companies and have been founding executives of two successful startup companies. Additionally, our principals have managed numerous high-value programs, including a number of government contracts valued at up to $6 million, led teams with as large as 20 direct employees, and taken on profit-loss responsibility for entire companies. At ARRS we have the management expertise in place to complete large, complicated tasks on time and on budget.

The ARRS team has a deep knowledge of the workings and management of document control and business management systems. Our principals have built two separate document control systems from the ground up for two different companies. Futhermore, they have taken lead roles in the establishment of ERP systems in four different companies and personally developed and maintained a DCAA compliant cost accounting system that has passed multiple DCAA audits. At ARRS, we have the engineering and administrative experience to lead large-scale high voltage high power and systems engineering programs and contracts.
